Some days we close our classrooms at the end of the day already excited about tomorrow. Other days, though, we lock that door and wonder if we're ever going to come back. The honest reality is that even when we are expert teachers and plan engaging bell-to-bell instruction, things still happen that derail our plans and leave us feeling frustrated--or worse.
