What You Can Expect:
Participants will complete the course with an understanding of why seemingly minor teacher irritations are so important, a process to unpack and address their own frustrations, and a toolkit of possible strategies to implement when frustrations arise.

- An opportunity to honor, unpack, and respond to our own emotional responses to these challenges
- Real strategies to address several common classroom management challenges and a framework for responding to many more, including quick strategies that get students back to learning and steps to meet the underlying needs so the behavior doesn't recur
